General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for the use of the [UC App]
1. Scope of Application
(1) These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "GTC") govern the use of the mobile application ("App") UC App, operated by under construction GmbH, based at Arkonaplatz 02 - 10435 Berlin, registered in the commercial register of the Berlin District Court under HRB 216826 B.
(2) The app allows users to obtain non-binding cost estimates for renovation and construction work. The prices listed in the app are for guidance only and do not constitute binding offers.
2. Services of the App
(1) The app provides a platform through which users can access approximate price information for renovation and construction work.
(2) The prices displayed are non-binding and must be confirmed by an individual quote from a service provider. Direct commissioning of craftsmen through the app is not possible.
3. No Guarantee for Price Information
(1) The prices displayed in the app are based on a database built from collected information. These prices may differ from actual costs.
(2) under construction GmbH does not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of the price information.
4. Data Collection and Privacy
(1) The collection and processing of data by the app serve solely to improve our price database.
(2) No personal data will be shared or sold to third parties without user consent.
(3) The app's privacy policy is available in the privacy statement.
5. Disclaimer of Liability
(1) under construction GmbH assumes no liability for the accuracy of the price information displayed in the app or for any decisions made by the user based on it.
(2) Any contractual agreements or arrangements between users and service providers occur outside the app and are not the responsibility of under construction GmbH.
6. Changes to the GTC
under construction GmbH reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time. The amended GTC shall take effect upon their publication in the app.
7. Final Provisions
(1) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
(2) The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with the use of the app is Berlin, where legally permissible.
(3) Should any provision of these GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
